Quickie...

Dad's in town, the rain is back, and the move is on. Needless to say the week is a wee bit crazy. Thankfully, the crazy has sent me back to the gym tonight, with plans to go back tomorrow. It's been too easy to let most of my good habits slip over the last two months. The stress is definitely not good for me.
So it's back to the gym for me. How about you? What good habit are you getting back into?

Hi Erin,

I need to get back into walking the treadmill again. When I was working on my last manuscript, I rewarded myself with 30 minutes after I finished my page count for the day.

Now, I'm not quite into another story yet, hence not as disciplined about other things either.
